Products of our land
I season some of my creations with top quality local products such as AOVE (extra virgin olive oil) from Finca La Torre, seasonal mangoes grown in the Axarquia region, national almonds fried and salted in the almond cooperative Almensur (all of them located in the province of Malaga) or Flor de Sal from the salt mines of Cadiz.
