Conditions of Purchase

– QUALITY.

– The printed best-before dates ensure the good condition of the products, as long as they are kept according to the specifications set by MAYCHOCO.

– Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, sun and foreign odors. Ideal storage temperature: 12-20ª C/50-60% Relative Humidity.

– PRICES PRESENTATION AND SHIPPING

– As our products are handmade, they are made to order to guarantee maximum freshness. Please consult in each case when ordering. – The orders will be made by complete boxes, being the minimum order a complete box.

– Shipping is free on peninsular shipments over or equal to 50 € excluding VAT. Below that amount a single surcharge of 7€ will be applied.

– On orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping is free on orders equal to or greater than 100€. Below this amount a single surcharge of 19€ will be applied.

– The orders once they leave our workshop, arrive at their destination in a maximum of 2 days peninsula, 5 days Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The orders are billed by express courier company Nacex.

– FORMS OF PAYMENT

– As a general rule, payment will be made in advance. Once payment is received, the order will be sent to our bakery for preparation.

– From a certain number of orders, we can consider the passage of a bank receipt whose collection will be made after 30 days, except under conditions expressly agreed with the customer.

– INCIDENT AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

– As it is a food and handmade product, no returns are allowed, as a general rule, unless the wrong product arrives.

– When the order arrives at your establishment, please verify that the number of boxes is in accordance with the carrier’s delivery note and that all boxes are closed and not tampered with. Any incident that is not reflected on the carrier’s delivery note cannot be paid.

If this is not the case, it is essential that you note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note.

-Claims for other causes (breakage, errors in the products, lack of goods…) will always be made within 24 hours after the unloading of the goods, after that no claims will be accepted. In case of breakage, the customer must send us a photograph and a video showing the outer and inner packaging with the lot number. This information must be sent to us within 72 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we will not be able to claim it to the transport agency or take charge of the return.

In this case, if it is agreed to make any return, it must be made within the 7 days following the reception of the product at the customer’s premises. The carriage will be at the expense of the customer, and once the goods have been received by MAYCHOCO and checked, if everything is correct, the carriage and the amount will be paid to the customer by means of a credit invoice.

ARBITRATION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Velez-Malaga, Malaga for the resolution of any discrepancies that may arise in relation to the interpretation.
