Enjoy cocoa with your five senses at Maychoco’s award-winning artisan workshop in Benajarafe.

Would you like to watch the chocolate production process in one of the few ‘bean to bar’ chocolate factories in Andalusia? Would you like to see for yourself why their products have been awarded several times in the most important chocolate contest in the world? Do you like real chocolate or are you satisfied with chocolate substitutes? Do you love sensory experiences?

All this and much more is at your fingertips in the province of Malaga, in the workshop that Maychoco has in the coastal town of Benajarafe (Velez-Malaga), where its creator, Mayte Sanchez, opens its doors every Friday afternoon for cocoa lovers to know and taste its best flavors through group tastings lasting an hour and a half.

She is a founding member of the Association for the Promotion of Bean to bar chocolate in Spain and of Sabor a Málaga as a local producer.

  • The experience includes:
    • 8 samples of chocolates to taste (per person).
    • Cocoa bean and cocoa butter samples.
    • Map of chocolate flavors.
    • Tasting sheet.
    • 1 tablet 22g of Maychoco chocolate.

From 25 €/per person. Minimum 6 people per group.
